Car seat was wrong size but manageable. Car was out of windshield wiper fluid. Car’s registration was expired by 4 months.

We offered to change Joes seat out at the time. He never responded. Our DMV burnt down months ago and we have been waiting to update registrations. We told him this in the messages but he still writes this review. He also left the car empty, which is aligned with the above behavior.
Car was difficult to pick up and drop off

Graham is a young kid who left the car empty, said he didn’t need our shuttle, then changed his mind once he arrived at our bay. Total disregard for our drivers who strive to be there for folks on time.
The Tahoe was perfect for our family to get around the island. Arrival and drop off were also easy with Kip. Thanks so much.
