The noise from the AC was a major distraction and should have been fixed - it was mentioned before but way louder than expected.

As mentioned prior to your trip, the AC whirring sound is an intermittent issue. The replacement parts were already on order at the time of your booking. This has since been resolved.
I didn’t receive any messages from you during your trip, regarding the concern. Had I been contacted I would have gladly arranged a vehicle swap or worked to make things right for you. I do my best always to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest.
