Staff very friendly and responsive. Easy pickup process. I booked for a week but due to a malfunction had to return after one day. Staff very friendly and offered accommodation but ultimately had to return.

Car pickup great! Very smooth transaction. The brakes were squeaky but I didn’t notice until I had the windows down. Wasn’t worried about that thou. Only other thing was there’s pet hair in all the rugs, I’m assuming whoever rented before may have had a dog. But overall it was great! Would def rent it again! Thanks.

Hi Tania, I can’t apologize enough to you about the pet hair and the brakes. My team let you down and I promise you those issues have been corrected! We had just got the car back from the detail shop and they half-assed it at best. My shop pulled the entire interior and make sure that there wasn’t any pet hair or odors left in car. The brakes passed a safety inspection, but not our internal inspection. So it got all new brakes front and rear. There aren’t enough sorry’s in the world for this.
