I am reporting an issue with my recent Turo rental and the host's behavior. The vehicle itself was nice, but it was not sanitary for myself and my one-year-old toddler, and it smelled strongly of marijuana.
When I attempted to reach the host by phone and message to address the lack of sanitation, I received no response initially, even though the messages were read. When the host finally responded, he stated that my expectations were too high and that I was expecting a showroom floor model vehicle, which I found to be condescending and rude. I advised him that I really just wanted him to acknowledge that he missed the mark on the sanitation aspect. His response was that I could return the vehicle, and he told me to basically shut up because he was doing me a favor.
Due to the host putting me in a position to bring the car back before I initially planned, I had to pay for an entire additional day that I evidently won’t be refunded for. As a widowed mother with a limited income, this was a very difficult situation, as I still had to secure another vehicle and ended up paying double for one day because the host refused to communicate anything helpful. I was not expecting a car for a queen, just a clean vehicle that did not smell like marijuana.
Blake refused to assistance in reviewing this matter and addressing the his conduct and the unfair financial burden it has caused.

This is unequivocally false you can go back and read any recent review on this vehicle and there are no comments made like this other than this one this guest sent me three pictures. Two of them were tiny little finger smudges in the corner of the window and one was a small dot on the driver door card that was missed when wiping the vehicle down not enough to give our business a 1 star rating
I loved this Jeep host was great definitely will be renting again in the future. You guys are one of the best on this Turo app with plenty of inventory
