Seats were filthy car smelled so bad like smoke and stinky butt i had to buy car freshener I would not rent this vehicle until they get that smell out the car and get those seats cleaned

Outside appearance of car is great, besides a minor scrape on passenger door. The interior seats are very stained and the doors and middle console area could’ve used a nice wipe down. If you’re a germ-a-phobe like myself and my family, don’t rent this car. There was also lots of pet hair in the back seat and cargo space area. The car drove fine, pick up and drop off was easy. The communication was very well.

It was easy & came through at a time when I needed transport. Had booked with another car rental and they called to inform me that they didn't have any vehicle hours before I was scheduled. So with that in mind...it helped out in a big way.
