The car smelled terrible. The interior was stained and ruined. The aux system on the stereo doesn’t work, and I couldn’t accelerate much without feeling the car shake and struggle. I didn’t bother with the host because he was already minimally responsive. I told him I’d pay for the gas I didn’t replace, but explained I’m not paying extra when the reservation was already almost $300. $10 for his convenience. I think not.

This guest is upset over a $10 convenience fee turo with absolutely no option on my end charges a $10 convenience fee. If you don’t fill the vehicle up, it is not something I can take off. This is what upset her and caused her to go on her rant.
Car was horrible i really should get some type of refund, fuel inlet light on the whole time, not much communication, car filthy, try getting seat covers , and clean the vehicle of smoke and throw up smell but good car if the maintenance was kept up

It was the only car available after Chiefs Monday night football, so was happy to have a car as a last resort. Otherwise, was dirty, sticky, and a light was on, on the dash. That being said maybe all of this is in the pictures and it is a 2012 model, but I had no time to investigate. Cost just as much as a rental car (or more). Would suggest other options and only use as a last resort.

My personal car broke down before my vacation trip so last minute booked this vehicle and it was perfect for the trip! The RPM gauge didn’t work but didn’t affect me what do ever. Would rent again!
