They were wonderful people to work with. Easy going and communicated well. Even with the small things they were on top of getting it handle and fixed. I will definitely rent again with them and it was a easy process and affordable

I would don’t even give them a start. Car broke down, waited 3 hrs for a tow, then waiting in the cold and dark for another hour for an uber voucher to pick up our next car, get there have to wait another hour and a half in the cold and dark while they couldn’t figure out how to swap is out cars at no charge bc we already paid for the car that was broke down. Then we finally get into a new car and not 30 min later it keeps dying on us and have to bring it back the next day. Awful experience all around!!! Not happy at all

No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
