First time I ever rented with him I had a great experience. This time was not so great. I was a few hours late on extending my vehicle however, I reached out to them no response or reply all day the following morning and they realize our feel the need to respond or say anything to me after giving him a certain time and working arrangement with Turo. I was so and threatened with the police if I did not return the vehicle, they were calling the police considering my situation and dealing with another loyal host. This was one of the worst experience I had the car was so awesome service support and communication from the host was very disappointed however, after I confirm that I made my payment I was able to keep the car and shorted my time on my own and returned the vehicle.

Great vehicle it gets me where i need to be!! Only problem is the smell i believe it’s from someone that rented before thats not following a simple rule but other than that its not bad at all. Host is easy to work with will rent again! Totally recommended to anyone! Car is good on gas as well. Thank you blake and team for making the process as easy as it is.

Great car but had a issue with 1 specific tire that kept loosing air. A Simple fix. But other than that.. good car!!
