Excellent vehicle, terrible host. Host was unresponsive and the vehicle did not have proper registration . Pickup and drop
Off was a disaster .
Hey Alexx, I sincerely apologize on behalf of my team. We sent all guest generalized instructions, but neither myself nor my assistant had direct communication with you regarding any issues during your trip. I appreciate that you enjoyed the vehicle, but it was disappointing to see the negative comments about our service without prior communication. We are a family owned business, not a large corporation, and while we do our best, we may not respond at 3:52 AM, Registration inside Glovebox

When I asked for the money back I was told no. Turo did end up giving my money back back but this host was difficult. Also car smelled odd.
I certainly apologize that this was your experience. I thought me and my team were more than accommodating especially since you picked up the vehicle six hours late. The Jeep grand Cherokee L that’s in question. Seats seven comfortably. There are two sets of captain seats , front and middle and bench seating in the far back. I would like to set out a disclaimer that we as host have no control at all over refunds. The highly discounted option you chose stipulates that your trip is nonrefundable.

This was a good vacation card for my family. The car drove great.
I give it four stars only because Turo didn’t verify my second driver in time and the host made it seem like I was lying.
