This was my first Turo booking and Paul was great, very easy pick up and drop off process. He has several contacts if he’s busy and unavailable. But he was very responsive and down to earth. The car got so many compliments and drove like a champ. We will be booking again soon. Rental companies can miss me cause I’ve found my resource now.

The vehicle was clean, easy to find, and functioned excellently
We drive around the Red River Gorge area and it navigated the turns, hills and sometimes gravel roads with ease. Communication was excellent.

Terrible won’t do Turo any time soon
You booked to pick up at the 1225 location and then got mad and disrespectful when it was not at the air port. The vehicle was at the 1225 location 5 hours before your booking time and remained there the entire trip. If I could upload a screenshot of the receipt to prove it, I would. You denied all my attempts to help resolve the situation. I offered to come pick you up myself and take you there to fix your mistake and you said no. Being my only 1 star review says a lot. Next time book it right.
