The car reverse thing. Really scary. As well as leaving owner personal items in the car. Made me feel a bit surveilled. Other than that, perfect!

Thank you for your review. We’re glad you enjoyed the vehicle. Regarding reverse, we were happy to assist when you had difficulty figuring out how to put the vehicle into reverse, and the 2026 vehicle was operating properly. The reverse gear is the way the car was designed to operate.
The gym bag was accidentally left in the vehicle. We immediately apologized, and explained the situation. We’re sorry this made you feel surveillanced as that was not our intent.
Fun car to get around in. I feel it was great on gas.

This is a nice, clean, new car. Great gas mileage for DFW driving. Host was easy to communicate with, no car issues and satisfied our car rental needs. Would rent from again if needed and available.
