This was the first time using Turo. There’s some confusion with the time slots of how you correct picking up car. The website needs to be more specific about return car instructions. It doesn’t specifically tell you to return to the original lot. Traditional rentals are returned to the return lot. The car was fine.

Guest clearly stated she had no issues with this vehicle or our top notch services. Apparently she had some confusion about using Turo and didn’t understand this review is strictly for the host and unfairly rated this vehicle for her own misunderstandings.
