Fantastic host! He was quick to respond to messages and made the entire rental process easy and stress-free. When I encountered a small issue at pickup, he immediately offered a great solution and handled it professionally.
What stood out most was his kindness and understanding during a difficult personal situation. About an hour before I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle, my mom was suddenly rushed to the hospital. He was genuinely concerned for my parents and very accommodating, which I greatly appreciated during such a stressful time.
Excellent communication, outstanding customer service, and a truly caring person. I would absolutely rent from him again for my future car rental needs. Highly recommended!
