Battery died, unfortunately, and car had to be towed. The host and Turo handled the problem well, but I would recommend avoiding older vehicles where issues like this could me more likely. The host was very responsive and great to work with.

Excellent! First time renting through Turo. Chris was responsive and very accommodating. Perfect vehicle for 5 adults and 2 car seats.
