The car was extremely clean and ran reliably. Communication from the host was excellent. 10/10 recommend.

The car was very clean and worked well for my trip. My only complaint is that the host knew where I had been and specifically mentioned the county name when asking me for a 5 star review. If you are going to track the car, the host should only be accessing that information if something is wrong. For example if I failed to return the car on time or had an accident. Otherwise it is an invasion of privacy.

The message simply references that I live and my cars are based out of Trinity County.
The automated message simply points out my vehicles are the only vehicles in Trinity County, which are available on the Turo platform.

Everything went super easy, except no coverage to upload or to get messages. Didnt have the box code to put key in but was able to message Molly where id be leaving the key.

Yes, cell service is spotty in that area so I give grace to my guests on uploading photos until they get service, it’s not a big deal.
