Perfect condition, very clean, excellent communication with the host. Will definitely rent from him again.

We wish we could leave a five-star review, but unfortunately our experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival at RSW, the vehicle we reserved was not available for pickup as agreed. We were informed there had been a mix-up with the drivers and were instructed to take a taxi to another location, with the assurance that we would be reimbursed. Although the taxi fare was reimbursed, we received only $10 toward the promised half-tank of gas.

Shortly after picking up the vehicle, we heard unusual noises and began receiving “oil level low” warnings. After restarting the car, it displayed a “critically low oil” message. We documented each alert and notified the owner. The response indicated the car had “just been serviced,” and we were asked to purchase oil and add it ourselves, something we were already in the process of doing.

We reached out again after adding oil to express our concerns respectfully and in the hope that the situation would be addressed appropriately, given that we had to purchase supplies and perform maintenance on the vehicle. While we understand that unexpected issues can occur, we were disappointed with how the situation was handled and cannot recommend this experience to future guests.
