Everything went smoothly! There was a last-minute issue, but the host resolved it quickly by providing a replacement car instead of canceling the reservation. Pickup was smooth, and the guy who handed over the keys was very nice and even shared some great travel tips and recommendations for places to visit. The car was clean and drove great, and drop-off was easy. Overall, a great rental experience!

Car is brand new, drives smooth, spacious and clean. Uses minimal gas. Pick up and drop off at the airport couldn’t have been easier. It was like grabbing your own car after a long flight.

Very disappointing experience with the host’s communication and handling of my early return. I returned the vehicle 2 days earlier than the scheduled end of the trip and the host accepted the early return. However, despite accepting the return, the host was unresponsive to my messages and did not approve or address my refund requests for the unused 2 days.
I understand that refunds may be subject to Turo’s policies, but I expected the host to at least communicate and respond to my requests rather than ignore them. The lack of communication made the experience frustrating and left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously.
The vehicle itself may have been fine, but the host’s responsiveness and handling of the early return/refund request significantly affected my overall experience. I would recommend that the host improve communication and be more transparent when dealing with early returns and refund requests.
