Rented this truck for Labor Day weekend. The truck itself was great, and I had no issues with it. I also loved the convenience of the pickup location—perfect! If you have your own car and are renting this truck for any occasion, there’s a place to leave your car while you’re gone, which is a huge plus.
My only concern is the mileage allowance. This is a great rental if you’re staying local, but I wouldn’t recommend it for an actual road trip. The 300 miles included for a three-day rental was not nearly enough, especially considering the cost of the rental. Once you go over the mileage, the additional charges can add up quickly.
I would highly recommend increasing the included mileage. Overall, great truck and convenient pickup, but the mileage allowance makes it less practical for longer trips.
