Car worked fine for the first two days and then wouldn't start. Had to contact roadside assistance to arrange a tow.

It was unfortunate that the battery died during the trip which created some unusual messages from the car. Some BMWs don’t go to sleep unless you lock the car door which can drain battery. Turo charged me for towing the car and I got the battery replaced. Sorry that Darrin had that experience that he did during his trip.

The car was nice but drove about 20 miles and the engine coolant alert came on saying the reservoir was low and needed to be topped off. Andrew responded timely, and did ok me to purchase and put coolant in the reservoir. He promised reimbursement, but that reimbursement did not happen. Still giving four stars because the car overall was a decent car. I would just recommend if renting to make sure there are no issues with the car, especially if you have to take an out of town trip, I ended up having to use the entire bottle of antifreeze, and on the way home it was requiring more antifreeze, and after paying the price for the rental and buying a bottle, I didn’t think it was fair to buy a second bottle of antifreeze as this shouldn’t have been an issue from the start. I am disappointed that he did not reimburse me as promised, but overall the process was smooth.
