Absolutely amazing! Deshawna is a wonderful host and I will be going to here when I want to rent another car! The only thing wrong with the car is that it wasn’t mine!

I had a good experience overall the vehicle is very spacious and comfortable. I originally rented it for a weekend trip to Dallas, but after picking it up, I realized it wasn’t ideal for long highway drives with kids. I tested it with a shorter trip from Lawton to Wichita Falls (about 50 miles). Even though I left at 67%, we ran out of miles before reaching a charger.
The car is great for in-town driving, but I wouldn’t recommend it for trips longer than 30 minutes unless you’re extremely familiar with EV charging.
The host was excellent when I called at 4 a.m., she answered immediately and was ready to help or come get us. Great customer service. The vehicle was very clean as well.
Hi Candace! This has nothing to do with the maintenance of the car. You just were unfamiliar with EV charging which is understandable. People drive Teslas across the world but you do have to be familiar with EV charging and do your research before you leave the house. I gave you 10% off your next rental from me if you decide that you are ready to try again! Lol

I had an amazing experience renting from Deshawna! The Tesla was in perfect condition! clean, smooth, and a joy to drive. Deshawn was extremely responsive and made the whole process effortless from start to finish. I honestly wish I could give her 10 stars because she truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend renting from her! you won’t be disappointed!
