It was easy locating car and host was very nice. Car was very clean and drove very well..I extended my trip with no problems..Host had great communication and was available when I contacted her..I would love to rent again

Was an easy pickup, but had a few minor issues like the driver side window having functional problems, the car charger ports not working, and two plastic covers missing on the opposite side. The major issue was the check engine light popping up because the car’s engine was stalling frequently while driving.
The guest b4 u ,that returned right before ur trip lost my two hubcaps (had to order). I didn't realize she had also burnt the charging port fuse with a bad wire . Thank you for ur valuable feedback , everything mentioned is getting looked at and fixed.

1. The car seems like it was damage before, when you close the driver door it sounds broken.
2. The driver window doesn't work, it takes 3 times for it to finally go back up.
3. He put hubcaps on a bented and dented rim and now he wants me to pay for it when it came off on the highway when it should never have been on there in the first place.
4. I got pulled over bc he had his paper tag inside of a zip lock bag and it was all fogged and it retained water. Luckily the officer let me go with just a warning.
This guest lost 2 of my hubcaps on their trip. Thanks to Turo b4 and after pics that confirmed this. All the above complaints are all invalid and put after presented with damage. Irresponsible guest not recommended.
