When I picked up the car I had to park my car at a Publix and then walk ten minutes to get the car at a house. The car itself sputtered and was jerking pretty much the whole trip. Like it was about to break down or something. The owners didn’t respond about this issue. Would not recommend.

I'd like to clarify what happened with this trip. The designated pickup location and drop location was available and clearly shown in the reservation. I believe the complaint is based on the guest's personal choice rather than any issue with the pickup and drop arrangement I provided. She told me the car was in the public parking lot, but when I arrived it was not there, I messaged ger, and about 30 minutes later she said the car was there. The vehicle was returned later.

This car was AMAZING!!!! I had absolutely no issues. Gas mileage was GREAT! AC was cold as ice and maintained cool even in this 90 degree weather. I would definitely rent this vehicle again!
