Needed time in-between current monthly booking and new monthly booking to perform Turo required Annual inspection on the vehicle. The guest was not willing to compromise or accommodate the inspection completion so I was forced to cancel the reservation.
JMS was excellent from start to finish. The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and seamless. The car was beautiful, with an immaculate interior, and it drove very smoothly. JMS was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. I will definitely be renting again.
