The brakes were grinding first day I picked up the car so I came to do a swap out tge next day and it was unsuccessful due to Turo customer service not knowing how to do their job.
The host was nice, respectful, and had multiple cars so the swap could have been easy but it was a really bad experience honestly. Turo had to pay for my Uber home and I still have no car.

Thank you for your feedback. Had this checked out. It was actually something( piece of plastic) that got stuck in the undercarriage,probably debris from road. This was making the sound. It's been taken out, and everything is good to go.
