Hoat was very friendly, pick up was pretty easy. It's time for the car to get a oil change. The notification was on the car when picked up overall good rental
Thank you for your feedback. At the time of pickup, the vehicle did not have any oil change warning or maintenance indicator on. the car was inspected and in proper condition before the trip began.

The host was great, but the car not so much. The car looks good in the pictures, but has many different damages as well as a bad smoke smell in the interior. Other than that, the host was amazing and had great communication!
Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify a few important points regarding this trip. The vehicle was provided in good condition at the start of the rental. Upon return, there were noticeable differences, including new damages and a strong smoke odor that was not present before the trip. Additionally, at the agreed-upon time location. Instead, it was dropped off late, at a different location, and returned by someone other than the primary guest. I always aim to provide a great experience.
