the pick-up and drop off was fine no problem.
the car did have a few issues.
the back passenger door wouldn't open and the transmission had issues.
and had a hard time with customer service

The car did what I needed it to do. I needed something reliable and easy to get a baby in and out of, and Deeb was very responsive and kind. The drop-off was completely contactless, which made everything super easy. The only downside was that the back passenger door wouldn’t open, so when getting the baby and her things in and out, I had to access that side through the other door. Other than that, I had a great experience and would recommend this rental. Thank you for the great customer service!
