Vehicle’s check engine light was on upon pickup. Stains/tearing throughout vehicle. Ticking/rattling noises. Radio did not work. Rear view camera worked sometimes. Not good on gas. Host promised an exchange vehicle, that was not received. Would not recommend nor book again.
I’m sorry you felt this way. The vehicle is well maintained and runs properly; the check engine light is from a minor sensor issue that doesn’t affect performance. The interior has no tearing, and the radio/Bluetooth work as intended.
I also offered an exchange vehicle but didn’t receive a response to move forward. I always aim to provide a smooth experience and clear communication.
