Car was physically in good shape inside and out. We used their car seats and when we arrived at the car, only 1 was there which was stressful. We only waited 5 minutes for them to bring the other car seat but both seats were flimsy and not installed properly. The car kept giving notifications to check oil and oil change needed and any time we went over 70 mph, the car got shaky. It did the trick but obviously we would have preferred

The car itself was nice however the A/C blew a very strong unpleasant odor. The car would also vibrate heavily when going 65 mph. This was a concern as I rented this car to go to Palm Springs with family. Unfortunately, we had to ride with the windows down and could not go over 70 to avoid the vibration.
