The car itself was not in the best condition. The interior was in a bad shape and seats were dirty and full of stain.
The pick up experience was a extremely bad as we were left in a middle of a parking lot far from the airport under the sun on a very hot day for almost an hour for the car to arrive an hour after the scheduled pick up time with little to no communication.
Upon arrival, the charger adaptor that was initially agreed on to be included was not provided, blaming another renter for not returning it on time.
Then we were told that they will send us the charger adaptor as we were staying locally the next day. Obviously no follow ups and no adaptor. Called them the next day and I was told they will arrange for it on the next day and as you can guess, nothing again.
Overall a very disappointing experience…

The car was perfect, fun to drive, easy to use and charge. The owner was also easy to communicate with. Would rent again and recommend!

RUI’s vehicle was tidy and the ride was smooth. They were very communicative throughout the pick-up process to drop-off. I would recommend booking with them.
