I had to wait 30 minutes upon arrival to receive the vehicle. Random fees were charged after returning the vehicle.
This guest was a complete nightmare from start to finish. He picked up the car half charged, returned it almost empty (30%), and still refused to pay for the charging ticket he racked up during his trip. He used the Supercharger, ignored messages, and acted like paying his own fees was optional. Total lack of responsibility, communication, or respect for someone else’s property. If you value your time, sanity, and energy, avoid this guest at all costs.
