The car was sub par in terms of cleanliness. Also, there was 2 foot long crack in the front windshield which I would consider unsafe. The car wasn’t ready at the agreed upon time - apparently they had to switch the license plate and hadn’t attempted to clean it yet. We waited 30 minutes for them to resolve once we got there. I tried to call the host and discuss but I’m confident she wasn’t understanding me due to an apparent language barrier. The whole situation was unsatisfactory in my opinion.
