The main reason for the rating is because we had to top off the engine oil during outle trip. Even though they reimbursed us for the oil, we should not be responsible for routine maintenance. Also, the communication was confusing. We had three different "co-hosts" messaging us, sometimea duplicating each other's messages and prematurely (i.e., a day or two in advance) messaging us about the trip ending. I understand the realities of the car rental business, but from a customer experience perspective, I don't believe we should be confused about who we're communicating with. Lastly, the car was fine--tight turning radius, responsive steering, okay power delivery, etc. However, with gas prices being so high, I would have rented a more modern SUV. We were averaging 25.5 mpg for reference.

The host was great and the ca was wonderful and clean. We needed to change our trip and got a very quick reply. It was very easy to work with this host and everything went smooth for my trip.
