Various maintenance issues...called owner and he was nonchalant about them. Never followed up with the concerns.

We had a flat tire after the owner dropped off the vehicle at my house. We tried to fix the tire at 4 am but everything was closed. Both the owner and I agreed to cancel the contract but then they never responded to Turo to cancel the contract, now I'm getting messages to return a vehicle we returned five days ago. Turo even worse poor communication, no actual help from Turo. We've talked to about five people via chat, each time having to repeat what happened. I need Turo and this owner to be adults and close this contract and fully refund my money.

Friendly , nice comfortable car , just wouldn’t recommend if you’re sensitive to the smell of smoke .. the car smells of smoke / cigarettes
