Very clean. Host was very easy to access and answered and all questions I had.

The p/u location was good. The quality of the vehicle was good although the tire pressure and oil change soon made me nervous. The overall trip worked out, car wasn’t driven much.

I received a cancellation notification just before leaving home for the airport (I live in Europe…). They proposed me a swap to another car at same conditions that I accepted but when I arrived I discovered that the situation was different. Spent 3 Hours trying to get in touch with host but unsuccesfully. At the end Solution by Turo

This was my very first Turo experience, and it exceeded every expectation. It has truly set the bar incredibly high for any future rentals. From the beginning, the contactless pickup was seamless and convenient. The Escalade was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and performed flawlessly throughout our trip. Everything about the experience reflected the host’s attention to detail and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this vehicle again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free, and premium rental experience. Thank you for making my first Turo experience such a memorable one!
