Awesome Escalade! It fit all our luggage and was extremely comfortable. For all 7 of us comfortably. The Escalade was easy to find and return. Will rent again.

Car was nice. Gas wasn’t full ,more like 3/4 full (no big deal).
Main issues were that I booked the car to be picked up at 9:30am so we could make it to my girlfriend’s surprise bday brunch at the scheduled reservation 1030am. We landed at 8:30am, I figured that’d give us ample time to get our luggage, grab the car and have time to freshen up and change clothes before heading to her surprise brunch.
Unfortunately the car didn’t get there until a hour after our reservation start time. We then had to take a shuttle and a 7 minute walk in the heat to get the car as well as pay $12 for the parking fee when the car was there all of 15 minutes from the time they dropped it off. The worst part is we had to go straight to the restaurant in the same clothes we flew in and had to walk in the heat in. So she and I were very uncomfortable, hot and sticky trying to act like we were having a good brunch after all that happened. In the last day of the trip I asked if we could drop off a hour later bc they gave us the car a hour late (just to see what they’d say). Wasn’t surprised when they refused and said I’d have to reschedule with uber for that extra hour which would’ve cost $203. Should’ve read the comments before I made my decision bc it’s a lot of Escalades out there, some newer models and cheaper.
