Ron was on time when coming to meet us at the airport and was very nice. However when I drove the vehicle and noted the tires had very low tread and was not safe to drive the vehicle. I had my whole family with me and it did not feel safe. I tried to end the trip early but he was not willing to meet us to take the car back. Turo was very helpful in resolving this issue as they took the car and delivered it to him.

First of all,
Thanks to Ronald for renting his SUV to me and for extending my return a day later.
Some of the cons I did not like:
1. Ronald did not answer me on time when I reserved and made me wait until almost the beginning of the trip before telling me he is watching a movie!
2. Ronald was frank when he told me that his SUV is not 4x4 . However, this was told me when I already booked and I’m there to pick my SUV. I would like to see the description in the Turo app before people book and pay for their vehicle.
3. The car was a rear wheel drive (RWD) and jacked 3 inches high which made my driving experience a night-mare . The car slipped a lot and looses control easy.
4. Car was not smelling good when I picked it up. I’m not sure if that was the chemical used or something from the previous renters that was not cleaned.
5. Finally, when I got there, Ronald was on the phone and did not get a chance to talk to me and check out the car to at least say thank you because of the detailed wash and the deodorizer I put in.
This is not to say that the SUV is bad because this is not what my comment is about. I’m only writing to improve the communication and the description of the SUV before anybody can rent it. Again, thank you Ronald for renting me your SUV and definitely I would rent from you again but not this SUV of course!
