It was terrible the car keep cutting back the hole time
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was operating normally and was set to sport mode, which offers a more responsive driving experience. It seems there may have been some unfamiliarity with how to handle sport mode, which can feel different from a standard drive. We encourage all guests to ask any questions about vehicle features at the start of the trip — we’re always happy to help!

Host was great! Pick up and drop off were easy, host was communicative and responded to any questions - we were able to extend w/o any issue. Would recommend to anyone needing a family friendly car!!

He was a great host, but when we arrived at his home, he was working on the vehicle. He got the car started, and we left to go home and pack up the vehicle. We started our trip two hours behind due to the fact that the battery was dead. He had to go purchase a battery so the car wouldn't start once I got it home in my parents' driveway. He went and purchased a battery and installed it so we could crank it and depart for our trip! Once he installed the battery, the car started, and we left for our trip.

It was a pleasure hosting you. Just a small note for next time—if possible, please try to return the car in the same clean condition you’d expect to receive it. Looking forward to hosting you again!
