The vehicle was nice. Luis had great communication. Charging the vehicle was somewhat a pain but once you get that part down, you’re good. I would rent again!

The host responded for the most part. Some things were not explained thoroughly before the trip or even after the trip had started. I had to keep reaching out to ask many questions that, in my opinion, should have been addressed before the trip. The car was beautiful. however, the amount of times i had to charge the car and the amount of time it took for the car to get to a decent percentage before i can drive again wasn’t worth it - specially for long drives. again, beautiful car but overall, it was a little too expensive and wasn’t really worth it.
