The car smelled heavily of cigarettes which was nauseating
Kram, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are sorry the odor impacted your experience. We take our no smoking policy very seriously and work hard to identify and treat any vehicle affected by a previous guest. Unfortunately, smoke odors can occasionally persist despite remediation efforts. The vehicle has been flagged for additional treatment and inspection.
