First time using Turo and it couldn’t have gone better. No waiting in long lines at the typical rental companies. Communication was excellent as well. I loved the car I rented. Not only will I use Turo from now on, but when I fly back to the Twin Cities, I’ll be going with JB Midwest each snd every time!! Individuals have much older vehicles, snd they charge more ad well. JB Midwest is the only way to go.

Would love if Turo added a smoke free option as the truck smelled like weed and cigarettes. My trip ended early and had a tough time reaching JB, but that was only on the last day. Communication was good prior to that.

Communication was good but the car smelled like someone has been smoking 100 lbs of Marijuana right before drop off.... we had the car the week and the smell never got better. Hopefully who ever drives it next doesn't get pulled over or they will have to explain the car came like that... I would recommend getting that fixed before future turo rentals. I would still rent from the host again.

We take our no smoking policy very seriously and work hard to catch and eliminate any lingering odors before a vehicle goes back into service. Unfortunately, smoke odors can occasionally persist despite treatment. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and the vehicle has been flagged for additional remediation.
