We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the Tahoe was damaged by the previous guest and was not able to be safely rented as scheduled. We immediately offered a comparable replacement vehicle so the trip could still move forward, but the guest elected to have us cancel instead. While we regret the situation, we will always prioritize vehicle safety and quality standards for our guests.

This truck was excellent for the occasion. Ot drives really good and the car lot guy that helped me was very kind. This is my 1st time using Turo and i will us it again
