Host replied promptly to any questions and concerns. Car was in a very convenient place did pick up, and accommodated my late request for a location change. There was a dent to the back bumper and minor scratches but the car rode well and met expectations.

Host was PHENOMENAL!!!! I cannot say enough how incredibly helpful he was, even after getting the car towed in the crazy Chicago parking areas. Pickup was super easy, car was in perfect condition. 10/10 recommend
