The car was in fantastic condition and all instructions to pick up. The vehicle are very clear and precise.
Would definitely rent again the car was great fun

Pick up was a drag - finding the spot was hard. Everything was great.

Car was wonderful. The hosts miscommunication was far too much. Also if someones renting a Porche, you dont put them on a shuttle to get to the vehicle. They should be parking in the lot attached to the airport. It was a very confusing and frustrating retrieval. I wouldn't use them again.
Sorry about your experience
Due to heavy traffic in Midway airport area during day time, we always preferred to park overnight in economy lot, that’s convenient- just one shuttle to car location in 10 minutes, also saves up to $35 on parking tickets, most of our guests were ok with picking from economy lot
For now, based on feedback removed all vehicles from MDW location & we might add it back in future,
If you are flying to ORD, you can try to book again for better experience than this one

A Lil trouble finding the car but the car was perfect for my event.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
