Really enjoyed this rental and the host. Jamely made everything so easy for me especially since I just relocated to the area from Los Angeles. I enjoyed the ride, her flexibility especially after I dropped my phone in water and was unable to contact her the day before my trip rental ended. She was so understanding. Would not rent through this app again it’s too difficult and the cars aren’t up-to-date
You clearly didn’t read the instructions of where the car would be dropped off. You need to read the instructions next time because it was clear as on the details tab that the vehicle was in the hourly parking lot with a lock box. You left my car disgusting with kids toys, sand, and garbage. I was in communication with you at all times during the process of your trip.
