The car was great but the battery in the remote was throwing an error that it needed to be replaced and there were ants in the vehicle. I’m sure it’s hard as a rental but that should probably be addressed. Luckily we only needed to drive it a couple days of our trip.

I had an excellent experience renting from this host on Turo. The car was spotless and clearly well-maintained, and the pickup process was incredibly easy and smooth. Communication was prompt, clear, and professional from start to finish, which made the entire trip stress-free.
One thing I really appreciated was when I needed to extend the rental, the vehicle was still available. It’s clear this host doesn’t put the car back up for grabs until it’s actually returned. That level of professionalism really stood out to me. A lot of other hosts could definitely take notes from how this one operates.

The vehicle was not in good shape. The moment we sat in, it reeked of marijuana. The brakes pulsated, the car was loud on the highway and the wheels were out of balance. Before pickup, the owner also informed us that the TPMS light is on due to a failed sensor. Meaning if the tire pressure was actually low, we wouldn’t know which jeopardises our safety. The AC also made a loud rattle the entire time we had it on. Lastly, the owner takes for ever to respond and doesn’t really seem to care about his renters.
