First, the car was fine (though it took like 15 minutes to get the car unlocked ). They also ended up paying for the parking garage because they had parked it overnight and incurred the maximum fee. My only real issue was the FSD charge. I was told via message I'd be prorated for the time I used it. It was then clarified after the trip that they can't do that. Just be very away that no matter what is said via message, they will charge you the full FSD month!

Thank you for the feedback. The digital key was sent in advance; access depends on the guest accepting the key in the Tesla app and connectivity at the time.
FSD is billed by Tesla on a monthly basis and is not prorated under any circumstances. This policy applies to all guests.
We operate multiple Tesla vehicles with the same setup and will continue improving communication to avoid misunderstandings.
Check in was smooth and easy. The car itself was so fun to drive. Will definitely be booking again!
