The car was in excellent shape and was a pleasure to drive. Very spacious. We had an issue at pickup where we weren’t able to get in contact with the host to unlock the vehicle and had to wait for an hour. It was a frustrating start to the trip, but once we got in contact, the host was very apologetic and it seems like this is a rare occurrence. He made it up by giving us extra miles to use on the trip, which came in handy. The rest of the experience was professional and accommodating. I would rent again.

The car had a very strong smell of marijuana after the previous driver. The host tried to fix the issue, but unfortunately, it didn’t help. I had to cancel the booking because my family and I started feeling unwell after using the car.

I had the car professionally cleaned and deodorized before your trip, but sadly the odor remained. I fully understand your decision to cancel and have filed a claim against the previous renter. Thank you again for your honesty and understanding.
