Communication was great from the day that I confirmed the rental. That’s one thing I liked. Thank you, Scott! However, car was not as clean as I expected, exterior and interior. Finger prints are all over the glasses and screen, crumbs on the seats, carpets weren’t completely vacuumed, items left by the previous person who rented it. I felt it was rushed to get it dropped off to me after the previous person who rented the car. Received a service request from the Tesla app about rattling noise and tire rotates. It just got me worried at first to drive it. I was close to return the car. I just hope that the car gets serviced before it gets rented. Have a window to clean everything thoroughly before the next renter gets the car.
