Rotors and brakes were completely shot out in the car brakes squeaked the entire trip.

Apologies this happened during your trip. We pride ourselves on maintaining cars so that guests enjoy a worry free trip. Unfortunately in this case, the brakes were replaced 3 months ago and have not had any issues with prior rentals to yours. We did take the vehicle back to the shop and they deemed the newly replaced pads were defective so we are getting them replaced. Thanks for addressing the issue.
Great car! Great host!
