The car was filthy on the outside, it is cold but the windows were extremely difficult to see out of
This guest was rude from the first communication to the last. It was made clear in the extreme cold weather you cannot wash the cars exterior. The car wash is not open. She also wanted to complain and argue about an $8 airport parking fee. If you want to have a shiny car in peak cold winter weather, don’t travel to the Midwest.
